The night before the party we dyed our eggs...
Here is Grayer ready to dye his egg.

Of course he dropped the egg on the table and cracked it, so we peeled it for him to eat!

A successful dye job!

The Egg Roll...

Today is now Easter Sunday, both my boys are in taking a nap which has left me a quiet moment to think about the true meaning of Easter. I am so thankful for the Atonement and Resurrection of Jesus Christ.... Thinking back over the events of the last couple of weeks with Grayer's tooth getting knocked out I have had A LOT of anxiety and unease about the whole situation. Not really knowing how to get my feelings to go away I called my Mom one afternoon to talk. She listened to my concerns and then lovingly reminded me to use the Atonement to help ease my heart and mind.
Sometimes I think we get so caught up on only using the Atonement for repenting of our sins that we forget it is also there to help lift our burdens and calm our "troubled hearts". The Savior knew how I was feeling and was there to help, all I had to do was ask!!
Peace and assurance have overcome my feelings of anxiety and unease as I have let the Atonement work in my life! I am grateful for the happy knowledge of KNOWING our Savior lives and loves us!
Here are a few pictures of Easter Sunday...
Very Handsome in his new Easter Duds.

We "hid" Grayer's Easter basket behind the couch and waited for him to happen upon it, it took awhile but when he saw it he was super surprised and super excited!!

Checking things out.

His favorite thing was a "Thomas the Train" coloring book.

Grayer is going to be on a constant sugar high from all the candy he got in his basket, I guess Andy and I will have to help him eat it -- darn it :)
HAPPY EASTER!!
